Connect your MetaZoo account
When you are ready to submit, sign in or create an account using your application email. Your form stays open while you connect.

The MetaZoo team reviews every application individually. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.

Approved accounts receive their Partner number and access to account-specific purchasing, allocation, and support tools.

Who can apply?+
Physical retail stores and online sellers can apply. Online sellers may operate through a website, marketplace, livestream platform, or another established digital sales channel.
Does applying guarantee approval?+
No. MetaZoo reviews applications individually and may approve or decline an application based on business legitimacy, professionalism, reputation, customer experience, community involvement, and brand alignment.
Is this the same as Organized Play?+
No. The Partner Program and Organized Play are separate. Stores can participate in Organized Play without Partner status, and Partner approval does not automatically enroll a store in Organized Play.
What documents will I need?+
The application requests a sales tax permit or resale certificate and a supporting business document. It also asks for business details, sales channels, purchasing plans, and two references.
