Shipping Policy

MetaZoo is committed to delivering products safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through MetaZooTCG.com are processed, shipped, and fulfilled.

MetaZoo is owned and operated by Meta Two Enterprises LLC, a Delaware limited liability company headquartered in Southlake, Texas.

By placing an order through MetaZooTCG.com, you agree to this Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within two (2) to five (5) business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Business days do not include weekends, federal holidays, or company-observed holidays.

Many orders may ship sooner than the estimated processing window; however, processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

MetaZoo reserves the right to delay processing when necessary for:

  • Inventory verification
  • Fraud prevention review
  • Payment verification
  • High-volume order periods
  • Product launches
  • Conventions and events
  • Operational or technical issues
  • Other circumstances outside of MetaZoo's reasonable control

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

Available shipping methods and shipping rates are displayed during checkout.

MetaZoo may utilize carriers including:

  • FedEx
  • Other shipping providers

Carrier availability may vary based on destination, product type, and order size.

Transit times displayed during checkout are estimates provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed by MetaZoo.

3. Domestic Shipping

MetaZoo currently ships to addresses within the United States and other locations where shipping is offered at checkout.

Shipping availability may change without notice.

4. International Shipping

When international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for:

MetaZoo is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, import regulations, or governmental authorities.

If a package is refused by the recipient or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, any refund may be reduced by shipping charges, return fees, customs charges, or other costs incurred.

5. Preorders

MetaZoo may offer products for preorder.

Estimated release dates and shipping dates are subject to change.

Products will generally ship once inventory becomes available.

Orders containing preorder items may be held until all items in the order are available for shipment.

MetaZoo may, at its discretion:

  • Combine shipments
  • Split shipments
  • Hold shipments
  • Modify fulfillment methods

to improve fulfillment efficiency or address operational needs.

Customers who wish to receive in-stock items sooner may be advised to place separate orders.

6. Shipping Delays

MetaZoo is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather events
  • Natural disasters
  • Labor disruptions
  • Customs processing
  • Product launch demand
  • Convention schedules
  • Government actions
  • Technical outages
  • Supply chain disruptions

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed delivery commitments.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

MetaZoo is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order can be reshipped.

8. Lost Packages

If a package is believed to be lost, customers should contact both the shipping carrier and MetaZoo support.

MetaZoo may assist with carrier investigations when appropriate.

Once a package has been accepted and scanned by a shipping carrier, delivery is generally subject to the carrier's processes and policies.

Refunds or replacements for lost shipments may be provided at MetaZoo's discretion.

9. Delivered Packages

If tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should:

  • Check with household members or neighbors
  • Verify the shipping address used
  • Contact the shipping carrier
  • Review delivery notifications

MetaZoo cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

10. Damaged Shipments

If an order arrives damaged, customers should contact MetaZoo within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

Requests should include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs of the product
  • Photographs of shipping packaging when applicable

MetaZoo may, at its discretion:

  • Replace the item
  • Issue store credit
  • Provide a refund
  • Request return of the affected product

11. Partial Shipments and Inventory Issues

MetaZoo reserves the right to:

  • Cancel items that become unavailable
  • Issue refunds for unavailable products
  • Substitute shipping methods
  • Split shipments
  • Combine shipments
  • Delay fulfillment when necessary

Customers will be notified when significant fulfillment changes affect an order.

12. Fraud Prevention and Order Review

MetaZoo reserves the right to hold, delay, modify, or cancel orders when fraud prevention measures, payment verification, security reviews, or other risk assessments indicate additional review is necessary.

Additional information may be requested before an order is released for shipment.

MetaZoo may update this Shipping Policy from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted on MetaZooTCG.com with a revised Last Updated date.

Continued use of MetaZoo services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Shipping Policy.
