You must be at least thirteen (13) years old to create a MetaZoo account or use Services that require registration.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

MetaZoo reserves the right to refuse access to any user at its sole discretion.

Certain Services require a MetaZoo account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Keep your login information confidential.
• Promptly notify MetaZoo of any unauthorized account access.
• Accept responsibility for activities occurring under your account.

MetaZoo may utilize third-party authentication providers, including Clerk, to facilitate account creation and authentication.

You may not:

• Share accounts.
• Sell accounts.
• Transfer accounts without authorization.
• Create accounts to evade suspensions or bans.

MetaZoo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at its discretion.

MetaZoo may offer Services including:

• Website content and resources
• Ecommerce functionality
• User profiles
• Deck Builder tools
• Public deck sharing
• Organized Play registration and participation
• Rankings and leaderboards
• Casters Cup Online
• Community forums and discussion spaces
• Official Discord servers
• Mobile applications
• Future digital products and services

MetaZoo may modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, or remove Services at any time without liability.

Nothing in these Terms guarantees the continued availability of any feature, product, or Service.

Users may create, upload, publish, submit, or otherwise make available content through the Services ("User Content").

Examples include:

• Deck lists
• Usernames
• Profile information
• Tournament information
• Comments
• Community submissions
• Other user-generated content

You retain ownership of User Content you create.

By submitting or publishing User Content, you grant MetaZoo a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to:

• Host
• Store
• Display
• Reproduce
• Distribute
• Modify for formatting purposes
• Promote
• Archive
• Feature

such content in connection with:

• Operating the Services
• Organized Play
• Community features
• Marketing and promotional activities
• Educational content
• Historical archives
• Future MetaZoo products and services

You represent that you possess all rights necessary to submit the content.

Certain content may be publicly visible.

This includes:

• Public profiles
• Usernames
• Public deck lists
• Tournament standings
• Match results
• Rankings
• Community showcases

MetaZoo may feature publicly shared decks and community content on its website, social media channels, promotional materials, livestreams, articles, videos, and related Services.

Users are responsible for content they choose to make public.

Users must comply with all published MetaZoo Community Guidelines.

Community Guidelines are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

MetaZoo may investigate violations and take disciplinary action, including:

• Content removal
• Account restrictions
• Temporary suspensions
• Permanent bans
• Organized Play sanctions
• Platform-wide enforcement actions

MetaZoo's determination regarding violations shall be final.

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse others.
• Promote hate, discrimination, or violence.
• Impersonate another person, organization, or MetaZoo representative.
• Use offensive, deceptive, misleading, or inappropriate usernames.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to MetaZoo systems.
• Circumvent security measures.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious software.
• Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended functionality.
• Engage in fraud or deceptive conduct.
• Evade suspensions, restrictions, or bans.
• Interfere with the operation of Services.
• Use Services for unauthorized commercial activity.

MetaZoo reserves sole discretion in determining whether conduct violates these Terms.

Participation in Organized Play is subject to all applicable tournament rules, event policies, and Organized Play regulations.

MetaZoo reserves the right to:

• Verify participant eligibility.
• Investigate rule violations.
• Correct administrative or scoring errors.
• Modify event structures.
• Disqualify participants.
• Adjust rankings and standings.
• Suspend Organized Play privileges.
• Permanently ban participants.

MetaZoo decisions regarding Organized Play administration and enforcement are final.

MetaZoo may provide online gameplay experiences, including Casters Cup Online and related digital game services.

Users may not:

• Use cheats, hacks, bots, scripts, automation tools, or unauthorized software.
• Exploit bugs or unintended game behavior.
• Manipulate rankings, matchmaking, or competitive systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt unauthorized access to game software or infrastructure.
• Engage in account boosting, win trading, match fixing, or similar conduct.

MetaZoo reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take disciplinary action including warnings, ranking adjustments, suspensions, or permanent bans.

MetaZoo operates an interconnected ecosystem of Services.

Conduct occurring on one MetaZoo platform may be considered when determining disciplinary action across other MetaZoo Services.

This may include conduct occurring through:

• MetaZooTCG.com
• Organized Play events
• Casters Cup Online
• Official Discord servers
• Official social media communities
• Future MetaZoo-operated platforms

Violations occurring on one platform may result in restrictions, suspensions, or bans across some or all MetaZoo Services when MetaZoo determines such action is necessary to protect the community, maintain safety, or preserve competitive integrity.

Purchases made through MetaZoo Services may be processed through Shopify and related providers.

Additional policies governing purchases include:

• Product-specific terms

MetaZoo reserves the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or modify orders at its discretion.

The Services contain trademarks, copyrights, trade dress, artwork, software, game mechanics, logos, text, graphics, audiovisual materials, and other intellectual property owned by MetaZoo or its licensors.

MetaZoo®, MetaZooTCG®, Casters Cup Online®, and associated logos, names, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly authorized, users may not:

• Copy
• Reproduce
• Distribute
• Modify
• Commercially exploit
• Create derivative works from

MetaZoo intellectual property without prior written permission.

MetaZoo Services may integrate with or rely upon third-party providers including:

• Shopify
• Clerk
• Payment processors
• Hosting providers
• Analytics providers
• Other technology partners

MetaZoo is not responsible for the independent practices, policies, or actions of third-party providers.

MetaZoo may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any Service, account, feature, community platform, Organized Play program, or digital game service at any time if:

• These Terms are violated.
• Community Guidelines are violated.
• Organized Play policies are violated.
• Fraud or abuse is suspected.
• Security concerns arise.
• MetaZoo determines continued participation is harmful to the community or Services.

Suspensions or bans may be temporary or permanent.

MetaZoo is not obligated to provide advance notice before taking action.

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MetaZoo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Availability
• Accuracy
• Reliability

MetaZoo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MetaZoo, Meta Two Enterprises LLC, its affiliates, contractors, licensors, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to the Services.

In no event shall MetaZoo's total liability exceed the greater of:

(a) One Hundred U.S. Dollars ($100); or

(b) The amount paid by the user to MetaZoo during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MetaZoo, Meta Two Enterprises LLC, its affiliates, contractors, licensors, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services.
• Your User Content.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of applicable law.

MetaZoo may revise these Terms periodically.

Updated versions will be posted on MetaZooTCG.com with an updated Last Updated date.

Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
